Incoming QC Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop quality control standards for raw materials, ensuring that material technical specifications comply with industry regulations and specific customer requirements.

2. Participate in the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers; monitor supplier quality performance during production; drive quality improvement initiatives (e.g., 8D reports); handle incoming material nonconformities (e.g., rejected lots, failed performance tests); coordinate return processes, complaints, or special acceptance.

3. Organize and conduct incoming material inspections (e.g., dimensional checks, mechanical property tests, composition analysis) to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

4. Establish and maintain a raw material quality database; perform regular statistical analysis and provide continuous improvement reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in raw material quality management in the manufacturing industry; candidates with experience in composites, wind power, aerospace, or automotive sectors are preferred.

3. Skills: Proficient in composite material testing methods; strong knowledge of quality tools and supplier quality management processes; skilled in office software and data analysis tools.

4. Competencies: Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong communication and coordination skills.

5. Language & Cultural Fit:

Vietnamese candidates must be proficient in Chinese, with preference for those experienced in Chinese enterprises.
Chinese candidates must be proficient in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with experience working in Vietnam preferred.
