Tooling Engineer

1. Responsible for the design, improvement, and optimization of production fixtures for wind turbine blades (including molds, supports, clamps, etc.).

2. Accountable for tooling procurement planning, organizing installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment after deployment.

3. Conduct regular inspection and calibration of fixtures in accordance with established cycles.

4. Responsible for maintaining fixture tracking records (equipment reports) and performing Level-2 maintenance as well as scheduled inspections.

5. Prepare technical drawings and manufacture auxiliary parts and components for equipment when required.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical disciplines.

2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in jig/fixture design, along with more than 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electromechanical equipment operation principles and maintenance knowledge; candidates with knowledge of wind turbine blade manufacturing processes and technologies are preferred.

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in technical design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, as well as office applications; capable of preparing technical documentation; basic ability to read and write in English or Vietnamese, with the ability to interpret Vietnamese legal documents and prepare technical reports in compliance with regulations.

5. Competencies: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; highly responsible, eager to learn, and adaptable to changes in Vietnamese legal regulations.

6. Language Requirement: Proficient in Chinese or English communication; preference given to candidates with prior experience in Chinese enterprises.
