Head of IT Strategy & Enterprise Architect

Define and implement the IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmap in alignment with the Bank’s business strategy.

Design and govern enterprise-wide architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and system integration.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions effectively support banking and financial operations.

Lead and contribute to IT transformation, digital transformation, and change management initiatives.

Evaluate, select, and manage IT solutions, vendors, and strategic partners.

Ensure the adoption of IT governance frameworks and practices such as ITIL, Agile, CMDB, and Change Management.

Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders in both Vietnamese and English.

Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics within the banking environment.

Knowledge or ability to quickly learn IT domains: operations, development, infrastructure, applications, databases, and security.

Understanding of IT products, services, and applications in Banking & Finance; ITIL, Agile, CMDB, and Change Management are a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Responsible, proactive, and ethical; able to work independently or in teams under pressure.

7–10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in change management; experience in IT departments within banking or financial institutions is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable

Bonuses: Public holidays, Tet bonus, and at least 13th-month salary per year.
