JOB PURPOSE |
-
Operate, monitor, and provide technical support for the Bank’s core IT infrastructure systems, including:
-

Servers (x86, IBM Power)
-
Storage systems (SAN, SSD, HDD, All-flash)
-
SAN Switches
-
Virtualization platforms (VMware, PowerVM)
-
Backup & Recovery solutions (Dell NetWorker, Data Domain)
-
-
Participate in the design, implementation, and operation of Data Center – Disaster Recovery (DC–DR) architecture:
-
-
Replication, High Availability (HA), and Clustering
-
Define and ensure compliance with RTO/RPO requirements
-
-
Perform capacity planning activities:
-
-
Forecast infrastructure resource demands (CPU, memory, storage, IOPS)
-
Ensure optimal system performance and efficient resource utilization
-
-
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance:
-
-
Identify potential bottlenecks or capacity risks
-
Propose system tuning or expansion plans
-
-
Collaborate with Network, Application, Security teams, vendors, and banking stakeholders for:
-
-
Incident troubleshooting and resolution
-
System changes and infrastructure project deployment
-
-
Ensure full compliance with banking IT standards, information security policies, and ITIL-based operational procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS |

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure architecture, including:
-

Servers (x86, IBM Power)
-
Storage systems (SAN, SSD, HDD, All-flash)
-
SAN Switches, Virtualization, Backup solutions
-
-
Strong knowledge of DC–DR design, replication, RTO/RPO, and HA/Clustering
-
Proficient in:
-
-
Capacity planning principles
-
System performance optimization
-
Resource efficiency management
-
-
Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments is a strong advantage
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-
High sense of responsibility, teamwork-oriented, and willing to support on-call or after-hours operations when required

Salary: Negotiable
