Job Responsibilities:
1. Take responsibility for technical equipment management in the factory, including equipment selection, technical方案design, specification determination, and technical support for equipment procurement, ensuring that selection and design comply with Vietnamese regulations on industry, environment, and technical requirements for wind blade production.
2. Participate in equipment installation and commissioning; develop commissioning plans, provide on-site operational guidance, and resolve technical issues to ensure that installation and commissioning comply with Vietnamese regulations on construction and equipment installation, while ensuring quality and safety.
3. Develop equipment technical standards, operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and other technical documentation; organize training and provide technical guidance for operation and maintenance personnel, ensuring that documentation complies with Vietnamese labor laws and industry technical standards.
4. Conduct research and technical innovation for equipment; analyze operational data, propose optimization and improvement plans, and promote the application of new technologies; ensure compliance with Vietnamese policies and regulations on technology innovation during the process.
5. Support the maintenance team in handling complex equipment failures by providing technical support; participate in equipment improvement and upgrade projects, take charge of technical方案design, implementation, and project acceptance, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations throughout the entire process.
6. Monitor equipment technology trends in the industry; collect relevant technical资料to support decision-making in equipment management of the factory; stay updated on changes in Vietnamese laws and regulations that may affect industry technology development trends.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment engineering/technical management; candidates with working experience in factories in Vietnam or foreign-invested enterprises are preferred; knowledge of Vietnamese equipment regulations is an advantage.
3. Skills: Proficient in mechanical and electrical equipment principles and technologies; skilled in PLC programming and HMI operation; solid knowledge of technical requirements in equipment design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance; strong technical innovation and problem-solving ability, capable of addressing technical issues related to legal compliance.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and office software; capable of preparing technical documentation; basic ability to read and write in English or Vietnamese, able to interpret Vietnamese legal texts and prepare technical reports in compliance with regulations.
5. Competencies: Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills; responsible, fast learner, adaptable to regulatory changes in Vietnam.
6. Language & Cultural Fit: Vietnamese candidates must be fluent in Chinese or English, with preference for those with experience in Chinese enterprises.
