Infrastructure Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reviewing and validating construction plans for minor projects, managing the approval process, and organizing construction, commissioning, and acceptance of small-scale civil works within the plant.

2. Responsible for organizing maintenance and servicing of workshops and auxiliary facilities surrounding the plant.

3. Responsible for inspecting the safety conditions of workshops and construction works, and implementing corrective measures when issues arise.

4. Responsible for managing construction-related stakeholders and supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with technical standards and project schedules.

5. Responsible for daily infrastructure maintenance, organizing minor repair works, and coordinating related tasks.

6. Responsible for maintaining and managing technical documentation and records of civil construction works.

7. Strictly comply with the company’s safety management requirements, adhere to operational safety procedures, and actively prevent, control, and eliminate potential safety risks.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction management; candidates with prior experience working in manufacturing plants in Vietnam or foreign-invested enterprises are preferred.

3. At least 2 years of work experience in medium-to-large scale construction enterprises or manufacturing companies.

4. Solid understanding of construction design, execution, and acceptance procedures; strong knowledge of construction project management and safety requirements in construction; ability to read and interpret design drawings and construction plans; capable of organizing project acceptance in accordance with design drawings and legal requirements.

5. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; adaptable to specific working environments; careful, responsible, safety-conscious, and a good team player; strictly comply with Vietnamese legal regulations on occupational safety.

6. Basic knowledge of English or Vietnamese; able to read and understand simple equipment operation manuals and safety signs; capable of basic work-related communication with colleagues.

7. Language requirements:

Vietnamese candidates: Proficiency in Chinese communication required; prior experience in Chinese enterprises preferred.
Chinese candidates: Proficiency in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) required; prior experience working in Vietnam preferred.
