System Analyst (SA)

The System Analyst (SA) is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into clear technical solutions for banking systems. This role serves as a key bridge between Business and IT teams to ensure high-quality and timely system delivery.

• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

• Create and maintain UML diagrams, use case diagrams, and process models.

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support system design, integration, and implementation for banking applications.

• Ensure solutions align with banking operations, constraints, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in requirement reviews, system walkthroughs, and issue resolution.

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in related roles.

• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in UML, use case modeling, and process modeling.

• Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory constraints.

• Familiarity with relational databases and system data structures.

• Excellent organization, presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across Business and IT teams.
