Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation of management systems, including planning, execution, internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits for ISO 45001 / ISO 14001, as well as developing and implementing standardized safety programs in line with audit requirements.
2. Assist departments in drafting and revising documents related to occupational safety, occupational health, and emergency response plans; handle registration of emergency response plans and develop scenarios for periodic drills.
3. Support the collection and identification of applicable legal documents, regulations, and standards related to safety, environment, fire prevention & firefighting, and occupational health.
4. Assist departments in conducting hazard identification and environmental impact assessment.
5. Participate in inspections of safety, environmental protection, fire prevention & firefighting, and occupational health conditions of equipment and facilities; monitor and follow up on corrective actions for identified risks and hazards.
6. Regularly conduct workplace safety, environmental, fire prevention & firefighting, and occupational health inspections and patrols; supervise employees’ compliance with rules and regulations.
7. Participate in rescue operations, incident investigation, and root cause analysis of accidents.
8. Support initiatives to promote a safety culture and organize safety-related activities.
9. Assist in handling legal procedures with authorities for new projects related to occupational health and safety.
10. Support communication and coordination with government agencies and relevant organizations within the assigned scope.
11. Collect, consolidate, and report information and data related to the scope of responsibility.
12. Assist the Department Head in performing other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in safety management.
3. Professional Skills: Solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in safety management; proficient in key professional skills such as safety risk assessment, accident investigation, and incident handling.
4. Language Skills: Basic proficiency in both Vietnamese and Chinese; ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
5. Other Competencies: Proficiency in office software; strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to fast-paced working environments; strong problem-solving and crisis-handling skills.
6. For Vietnamese candidates: Fluent in Chinese or English, with a preference for candidates who have working experience in Chinese enterprises.
