Tooling & Mould Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing and optimizing jigs and fixtures used for the production and inspection of wind turbine blades.

2. Take charge of tooling procurement planning as well as organizing installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment.

3. Responsible for preparing technical drawings and manufacturing auxiliary components and parts for equipment.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical disciplines.

2. Experience: Over 4 years of experience in jig/fixture design, and more than 2 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.

3. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electromechanical equipment principles, with in-depth knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair; candidates with familiarity with wind turbine blade manufacturing processes are preferred.

4. Technical Skills: Proficient in technical design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, as well as office applications; capable of preparing technical documentation; basic ability to read and write in English or Vietnamese, with the ability to interpret Vietnamese legal documents and prepare technical reports in compliance with regulations.

5. Competencies: Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; highly responsible, quick learner, and adaptable to changes in Vietnamese legal regulations.

6. Language & Cultural Fit:

Vietnamese candidates: Fluent in Chinese, with a preference for those with experience in Chinese enterprises.
Chinese candidates: Proficient in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with preference for those who have previous work experience in Vietnam.
