Job Description:

After completing Chinese language training and meeting the requirements, candidates will go to China for about 3 months of practical training.
Age requirement: 18 to 30 years old, with at least a high school diploma or vocational school degree.
In China: working hours are not fixed, each shift lasts 8 hours, 5 days/week. Overtime is voluntary, and overtime pay will be provided in accordance with the law.
In the Vietnam factory: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day, employees are encouraged to work overtime, and overtime pay will also be provided in accordance with local labor laws.
During the internship in China, accident insurance, travel expenses, and visa fees will be covered; free accommodation and three daily meal allowances will also be provided.
After the Lunar New Year holiday, candidates will go to China for internship and return in May 2026 to work at the Vietnam subsidiary.
After completing the internship and passing the assessment, candidates will sign an official labor contract with the Vietnam subsidiary, with a salary of up to 7,500,000 VND/month (26 working days, depending on the position).
