PE Engineer - SotaHR

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for mass production introduction of all models at the VN OEM factory, covering materials, processes, packaging, shipment, etc.
Responsible for setting up, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the PCBA, finished product, and packaging test environments for all models at the VN OEM factory.
Follow up on the production process of online products at the VN OEM factory, analyze process defects, formulate and implement improvement measures, and strive to enhance mass production efficiency and quality.
Follow up on the implementation of ECN changes or temporary special process requirements at the VN OEM factory.
Monitor process execution standards at the VN OEM factory, handle on-site issues, and ensure smooth and quality production.
Monitor whether the VN OEM factory strictly implements the production plan, provide timely feedback on production abnormalities, and ensure on-time delivery of products.

Job Requirements:

Over 5 years of relevant PE (Process Engineering) work experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Curiosity for technology, passion for learning and research.
Strong hands-on ability, basic knowledge of electronic circuits, proficient in soldering and basic repair skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, patient, and rigorous.
