1. Job Description
  • Responsible for developing the annual workforce demand plan for the factory in Vietnam, while also monitoring and evaluating compliance and performance results of labor service providers.
  • Searching for and selecting labor service providers, assisting the company in managing these providers.
  • Responsible for recruiting and allocating personnel for the factory in Vietnam.
  • Evaluating and managing the operational effectiveness of labor service providers at the Vietnam factory.
  • Guiding and supervising labor service providers in the care, evaluation, and management of probationary employees.
2. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Major in human resources, business administration, business management, or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment management;
  • Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Vietnamese and Chinese; candidates with English proficiency are preferred;
  • Candidates with recruitment experience in manufacturing enterprises are preferred.
