Legal Specialist/Manager

1. Job Description

Provide feasibility and legal analysis on important issues of the factory in Vietnam to prevent legal risks.
Responsible for negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and editing various types of contracts for the factory in Vietnam.
In charge of drafting the factory’s routine legal documents in Vietnam.
Represent the company in litigation and arbitration cases.

2. Job Requirements

Responsible for compliance management of the factory in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Law (candidates with a lawyer’s license in Vietnam are preferred) or majoring in Vietnamese language (candidates with an educational background in law are preferred).
Have a foundational knowledge of law, understanding of current laws and regulations in Vietnam.
Ability to independently participate in litigation and review contracts.
For candidates of Vietnamese nationality: proficiency in Chinese or English is required.
