1. Job Description
  • Responsible for confirming construction plans for small-scale projects, implementing the document approval process, and organizing the execution and acceptance of minor civil construction works within the factory.
  • Responsible for organizing maintenance and servicing of factory buildings and surrounding auxiliary facilities.
  • Responsible for inspecting the safety of factory buildings and construction works and implementing corrective measures when issues arise.
  • Responsible for managing construction-related stakeholders and supervising the construction process to ensure compliance with technical standards and project schedules.
  • Responsible for daily infrastructure maintenance and organizing minor repair works and related tasks.
  • Responsible for storing and managing technical documentation of civil construction projects.
  • Strictly comply with the company’s safety management requirements, follow safety operation procedures at the workplace, and actively prevent, control, and eliminate safety risks.
2. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in basic construction management; candidates with experience working in factories in Vietnam or foreign-invested enterprises are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in medium to large-scale construction companies or manufacturing enterprises.
  • Good understanding of design, construction, and project acceptance processes; solid knowledge of project management procedures and construction safety requirements; ability to read and understand design drawings and construction plans; capable of organizing project acceptance based on design drawings and legal requirements.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to specialized working environments; careful, responsible, safety-conscious, and a strong team player; strictly comply with Vietnamese labor safety regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of English or Vietnamese, with the ability to read simple equipment operation manuals and safety signs, and communicate basic work-related matters with colleagues.
  • Vietnamese candidates: Must be proficient in Chinese or English communication; candidates with experience working in Chinese companies are preferred.
  • Chinese candidates: Must be proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Vietnamese; candidates with working experience in Vietnam are preferred.
