1. Job Description
Headhunting and Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates via professional networks, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referral channel.
Candidate Management
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with role requirements and company values
Team & Professional Development
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and team members.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment processes, candidate databases, and evaluation frameworks for senior-level roles.
- Share market and industry insights within assigned sectors.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s positioning in the talent market.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong in-depth interviewing skills with solid capabilities in candidate assessment and career advisory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship–building skills.
- Ability to work independently, perform under KPI-driven environments, and demonstrate a strong service-oriented and consultative mindset.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
