1. Job Description

Recruitment Plan

  • Organize and execute the company’s recruitment activities.

  • Proactively approach and develop potential candidate sources within the local area.

Headhunting and Sourcing:

  • Build and maintain a local candidate database.

  • Coordinate with suitable recruitment channels such as referrals, community networks, and vocational training institutions.

  • Monitor local labor market conditions and candidate availability.

Team & Professional Development

  • Assign and supervise the activities of Recruiters and Recruitment Collaborators (CTVs).

  • Coach and mentor team members.

  • Support the resolution of issues arising during the recruitment process.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Report on recruitment progress and candidate source quality.

  • Propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness and retention rates

2. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience in mass recruitment or hiring blue-collar/general workers.

  • Good understanding of the local labor market is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or have long-term working experience in Ninh Thuận.
