Entry LevelPayroll Support

Collect and consolidate timekeeping and leave data.

Support the calculation of salary, allowances, and related payments according to guidelines.

Coordinate payroll data reconciliation with relevant departments.

Assist in responding to basic inquiries related to salary and income
Onboarding Support

Prepare documents, forms, and guidance materials for new employees.

Support the employee onboarding process in line with the staffing plan.
-
Track documentation status and employees’ start dates.
-
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR/Admin, C&B, Payroll, or equivalent positions.

Experience supporting timekeeping and payroll processing, preferably for a workforce of 50+ employees.

Experience in preparing personnel records, labor contracts, and onboarding for new employees.

Basic understanding of labor regulations, social insurance, and internal policies.

Proficient in Excel, MS, Canva.

Working time: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week, flexible working hours from 8–9 AM; 1 remote working day/month; flexible late arrival/early leave allowance: 180 minutes/month for female employees, 90 minutes/month for male employees.
