1. Job Description

Payroll Support

  • Collect and consolidate timekeeping and leave data.

  • Support the calculation of salary, allowances, and related payments according to guidelines.

  • Coordinate payroll data reconciliation with relevant departments.

  • Assist in responding to basic inquiries related to salary and income

Onboarding Support

  • Prepare documents, forms, and guidance materials for new employees.

  • Support the employee onboarding process in line with the staffing plan.

  • Track documentation status and employees’ start dates.

2. Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in HR/Admin, C&B, Payroll, or equivalent positions.

  • Experience supporting timekeeping and payroll processing, preferably for a workforce of 50+ employees.

  • Experience in preparing personnel records, labor contracts, and onboarding for new employees.

  • Basic understanding of labor regulations, social insurance, and internal policies.

  • Proficient in Excel, MS, Canva.
