Search for and approach candidates through appropriate local channels (referrals, communities, social media, direct outreach).
Introduce job opportunities to candidates based on the information provided.
Collect candidate information and forward it to the responsible Leader/Recruiter.
Track the status of referred candidates and provide updates on the results.
No prior recruitment experience required.
Strong communication, persuasion, and candidate follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to follow recruitment guidelines and instructions.
