Collect candidate information and forward it to the responsible Leader/Recruiter.
Track the status of referred candidates and provide updates on the results.
No prior recruitment experience required.
Strong communication, persuasion, and candidate follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to follow recruitment guidelines and instructions.
