1. Job Description
  • Responsible for recruitment execution, including resume screening, interview arrangement (coordinating with interviewers and candidates), handling employee onboarding, transfer, promotion and resignation procedures, and maintaining complete and up-to-date employee files in accordance with relevant regulations.

  • Undertake employee salary and welfare calculation, including payroll preparation, social insurance and housing fund contribution declaration and payment; accurately count and analyze employee attendance data (managing leave, overtime and other attendance records); plan and organize employee welfare activities (such as annual trips, holiday celebrations, team-building activities) to enhance employee satisfaction and sense of belonging.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new employee orientation and training programs; participate in employee performance appraisal; handle daily employee relations issues and respond to employee inquiries on HR-related policies and procedures.

  • Overall responsible for office supplies procurement, office environment maintenance (coordinating with property management for daily maintenance, ensuring a clean and safe working environment), fixed assets inventory and administrative expense control (formulating expense budgets, reviewing and approving administrative expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness).

  •  Liaise with external institutions (such as labor bureaus, tax authorities, social insurance agencies); handle annual inspection and renewal of company licenses and certificates; manage administrative and HR documentation; ensure smooth daily company operations.

  • Manage the company’s official WeChat and video accounts, including content planning and publishing; perform basic video editing and graphic design to support branding and external communications.

2. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Administration, Public Relations, or related fields;

  • Proficient in Chinese;

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR and administrative work experience,familiar with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, social insurance and housing fund policies; experience in logistics industry is preferred;

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, responsible, detail-oriented;

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
