Tester (Automation)

Design, develop, and execute automation and performance test scripts for banking systems and applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure system quality and stability.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers and BA teams to resolve issues.

Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and coverage from early project stages.

Ensure testing activities comply with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements.

5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years in automation and performance testing.

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and performance tools like JMeter.

Ability to develop automation scripts using Java or Python.

Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, web locators, databases, and web services (API testing).

Banking domain experience with good understanding of financial systems and workflows.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in large-scale systems.
