Senior Data Scientist Expert

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist Expert with strong expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and Analytical AI / GenAI, capable of independently designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions that directly address complex business challenges and deliver measurable business impact.

This role plays a key technical and strategic role in applying AI/ML/GenAI to real-world use cases such as business growth, personalization, operational optimization, customer experience enhancement, and fraud detection.

• Independently analyze complex business problems and translate them into advanced analytical, AI/ML, or GenAI solutions.

• Design, develop, evaluate, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI models for real-world, large-scale applications.

• Lead or play a key role in end-to-end model lifecycle, including:

• • Data exploration & processing

  • Feature engineering

  • Model training, evaluation, and validation

  • Deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

• Apply advanced analytical techniques such as:

• • Hypothesis testing and statistical inference

  • Causal inference

  • Handling imbalanced datasets

  • Time-series analysis and forecasting

  • Inferential and predictive modeling

  • Vector embeddings and similarity search

• Work closely with business stakeholders to:

• • Interpret analytical results

  • Connect insights to business needs

  • Recommend clear, actionable solutions

• Participate in or lead AI/ML/GenAI deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, etc.).

• Contribute to or support MLOps / LangOps processes, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Engineering, Product, Business) and mentor junior team members when needed.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Advanced analytics, Machine learning / deep learning model development, Applying AI / GenAI to practical business problems.

• Proven experience in independently developing analytical models or AI solutions serving objectives such as: 

• • Business growth, Personalization & recommendation

  • Operational optimization

  • Customer experience improvement

  • Fraud detection or risk management.

• Strong foundation in: Statistical modeling, Machine learning & deep learning algorithms, GenAI techniques and applications.

• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics techniques, including hypothesis testing, causal inference, time series, data imbalance handling, and vector embeddings. 

• Proficient in Python and common ML/DL/GenAI libraries:

• • Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM

  • PyTorch, TensorFlow

  • Hugging Face Transformers

• Experience with deployment and ML engineering tools: MLflow, Docker, Git

• Solid understanding of end-to-end MLOps / LangOps, including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Strong data interpretation and visualization skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
