JOB PURPOSE

IT Service Management & Delivery

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end IT service delivery to the banking partner in line with ITIL standards, SLAs, and KPIs.

  • Ensure stability, security, availability, and continuity of banking IT systems.

  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and continuous service improvements.

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business units, and the Bank’s stakeholders.

Business Management & Financial Governance

  • Own the planning, management, and control of annual IT budgets exceeding USD 20 million.

  • Monitor IT spending, optimize investments, and ensure cost effectiveness and business value.

  • Establish robust IT service and financial governance models suitable for large-scale banking environments.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Bank on IT services and operational matters.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, technology vendors, and external partners to ensure end-to-end service excellence.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on service performance, financial status, and IT risks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 12+ years of experience in high quality and demand environment such as leading (creditable) bank or financial institution. Minimum 6 years in banking.

  • Lead IT service delivery and financial budgeting of greater than US 20+ mil annually

  • Good technical and product background in banking (or financial industry), ideally in Retail, Wholesale, Wealth / Private Banking in a premium bank / institution
