Application Support: for LOS Domain

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Loan Origination System (LOS) application support in a high-demand banking environment.

Ensure stable operation and continuous availability of LOS applications in Production.

Handle complex L2/L3 incidents and problems related to:

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.

Serve as a technical focal point working closely with:

Ensure compliance with High Availability, SLA, RTO/RPO requirements, especially during peak business periods.

Lead and support UAT, Go-live, system rollout, upgrades, and enhancements of LOS platforms.

Execute advanced data analysis and troubleshooting using PL/SQL and T-SQL.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve:

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior support engineers when required.

5–7+ years of experience in supporting database-driven and web-based applications.

3+ years of hands-on expertise with:

Strong experience in High Availability environments, preferably within LOS or banking lending systems.

Solid understanding of IT operations in banking environments (ITIL processes, incident/problem/change management).

Experience supporting 24/7 production systems, including on-call rotation.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Prior experience with large banks, core banking, or lending platforms is highly preferred.
