1. Job Description

Client Coordination

  • Serve as the main contact point for clients and partners

  • Clearly and accurately communicate recruitment and staffing needs from clients to internal teams.

  • Provide timely updates on recruitment and staffing progress and respond to client inquiries promptly.

Service Quality Management

  • Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.

  • Collect feedback and handle issues between clients, candidates, and internal teams.

  • Suggest practical solutions to improve coordination and service quality.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, and supporting contract discussions.

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional services such as headhunting, bulk recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing.

  • Participate in meetings and work with foreign partners, especially Chinese partners.

2. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience in Account Management / Client Service roles.

  • Strong communication and information coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle situations effectively and work under schedule pressure.

  • Proficiency in Chinese, English
