Serve as the main contact point for clients and partners

Clearly and accurately communicate recruitment and staffing needs from clients to internal teams.

Provide timely updates on recruitment and staffing progress and respond to client inquiries promptly.
Service Quality Management

Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual agreements.

Collect feedback and handle issues between clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Suggest practical solutions to improve coordination and service quality.
Business Development Support

Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, and supporting contract discussions.

Identify opportunities to offer additional services such as headhunting, bulk recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing.

Participate in meetings and work with foreign partners, especially Chinese partners.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in Account Management / Client Service roles.

Strong communication and information coordination skills.

Ability to handle situations effectively and work under schedule pressure.

Proficiency in Chinese, English
