Administrative Specialist/
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming registration forms submitted via digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft Forms).
- Perform eligibility checks based on predefined criteria (e.g. age, health conditions, policyholder status).
- Request and follow up on supporting documents from members (e.g. health screening results).
- Enroll eligible members into internal systems by inputting registration and health details.
- Generate and send on-boarding emails with membership information and instructions for app registration.
- Maintain organized records of member interactions and on-boarding status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or healthcare operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital forms and portals.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details
- Type: Part-time / hourly
- Start Date: Approximately 22–30 September
- Duration: 3 months with possible extension
