Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming registration forms submitted via digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft Forms).
  • Perform eligibility checks based on predefined criteria (e.g. age, health conditions, policyholder status).
  • Request and follow up on supporting documents from members (e.g. health screening results).
  • Enroll eligible members into internal systems by inputting registration and health details.
  • Generate and send on-boarding emails with membership information and instructions for app registration.
  • Maintain organized records of member interactions and on-boarding status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or healthcare operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital forms and portals.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
