Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1, Responsible for the operation and maintenance of factory information systems, including SAP, MES, SRM, Zhixiang financial system, OA, process platform, etc.;

2, Responsible for master data maintenance, system inspection, system monitoring, supporting system project implementation, organizing and archiving information documents, personnel training, standardization, policy development, data extraction and statistics, etc.;

3, According to the business department’s system management regulations and performance indicators, responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring, analyzing and improving system operation quality issues;

4, Regularly clean factory master data and business data;

5, Cooperate with the business department’s Digital Transformation Office, participate in developing the factory’s emergency response plan, coordinate temporary issues, and conduct acceptance evaluations of new systems/functions;

6, Participate in analyzing factory information system-related requirements, evaluate necessity and feasibility, test and operate systems and related reports, as well as assess the operation and utilization of information systems;

7, Responsible for managing the creation of accounts and assigning access permissions for the information system;

8, Complete other tasks assigned by the company’s leadership.

Job Requirements

1, Bachelor’s degree or above;

2, Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;

3, At least 1 year of experience in project implementation or system operation;

4, In principle, age not exceeding 30;

5, Vietnamese candidates are required to be fluent in Chinese communication.
