Deputy Operations Manager

1. Job Description

Production Planning: Develop production plans to ensure that production activities align with market demands and the goals of the business unit.
Supply Chain Management: Manage supply chain processes, including supplier selection, purchasing, inventory management, and material demand planning.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is neither excess nor shortage, thereby reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
Production Coordination: Organize production tasks to ensure the production line completes orders on time.
Material Coordination: Coordinate activities related to materials both internally and externally, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Cost Control: Manage production and material costs to improve cost efficiency.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve production and logistics processes while identifying risks to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Risk Management: Identify and assess risks in the production and logistics processes, and establish effective preventive measures.
Technology Application: Apply advanced production technologies and logistics management systems to enhance automation and digitization levels.

2. Job Requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related supply chain management fields (including but not limited to industrial engineering, information technology, financial management, logistics management, etc.);
Good English skills, proficient in computer use, and capable of researching and analyzing data;
Preference for candidates with experience in import-export, customs procedure planning, international logistics, or foreign projects;
Strong project management capabilities, good communication and coordination skills both internally and externally, and strong organizational, presentation, and writing skills;
Careful, meticulous work style, predictive thinking, and strong planning and execution abilities;
Honest, good character, good health, and ability to work under high pressure;
High job security awareness, responsible spirit, and strong principles, with preference for candidates who have experience working in Chinese enterprises.
