1. Job Description
  • Responsible for comprehensive coordination of equipment management in the factory, developing annual plans to ensure stable equipment operation, supporting the achievement of wind turbine production goals, while ensuring that equipment management strategies comply with local legal frameworks.
  • In charge of managing the entire equipment lifecycle, including equipment selection, procurement, installation and testing, usage, maintenance, upgrades, and equipment disposal, ensuring that all processes are legal, compliant with regulations, and protect the legal rights of the factory.
  • Develop and完善 the system of regulations, standards, and procedures for equipment management, ensuring safety and health for workers during equipment operation and maintenance, while monitoring implementation and continuously optimizing the management system.
  • Lead and manage the equipment assurance team, coordinating internal and external relationships to ensure smooth equipment management operations.
  • Analyze equipment operation data, develop preventive maintenance plans to reduce breakdown rates and downtime; promptly address serious equipment incidents, comply with Vietnamese legal regulations on reporting and investigating accidents, and coordinate with local authorities to investigate and propose preventive improvement measures.
  • Coordinate with production, technical, and procurement departments to understand production needs, provide technical support regarding equipment to ensure smooth production; participate in equipment-related tasks in new construction projects, factory expansions, or renovations, ensuring compliance with construction standards and industrial regulations in Vietnam.
  • Monitor equipment technology trends in the industry, promote innovation and upgrade equipment technology in the factory, focusing on government policies and legal regulations in Vietnam regarding industry technology innovation, leveraging support policies and avoiding legal risks.
2. Job Requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in equipment management, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in the equipment lifecycle management process; skilled in maintenance technology, diagnosis, and equipment repair; knowledgeable about industry standards and legal regulations in Vietnam.
  • Ability to manage teams, communicate, coordinate, and organize well, with the capability to effectively promote inter-departmental collaboration; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring legal and reasonable decisions when handling issues related to legal regulations.
  • Proficient in using office software and software related to equipment management, equipment management systems.
  • Vietnamese candidates must be proficient in Chinese or English; Chinese candidates must communicate fluently in Vietnamese, with a preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry in Vietnam.
