Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales in the assigned region, formulating and implementing regional sales plans to achieve company-assigned sales targets.
2. Develop new customers within the region, maintain existing customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Analyze market trends in the region, develop targeted sales strategies, and increase market share.
4. Manage and train the regional sales team to enhance overall team sales performance.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
6. Regularly report regional sales performance and provide improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Associate degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Food Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
3. Industry Background: Familiar with the snack food market, with extensive client resources and market expansion experience.
4. Key Competencies:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Strong market analysis and strategic thinking abilities.
o Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
o Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
5. Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in snack food sales is preferred.
o Familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
o Extensive channel resources are advantageous.
