1. Job Description
- Responsible for operating and maintaining corresponding information systems, including SAP, MES, BI, EAM, IOT, WMS, etc.
- Manage factory database, check and monitor systems, support the implementation of new system projects, organize information document storage, train personnel, standardize processes, build regulations, extract and analyze data.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly system activities based on the regulations and evaluation criteria of the business department; analyze issues related to system operation quality and implement improvement measures.
- Perform regular cleanup of the factory’s database and business data.
- Coordinate with the digital transformation office of the business department in building emergency response plans, coordinating to handle unexpected issues, and evaluating the acceptance of the system or new functional modules.
- Participate in planning and researching the software and hardware supplier market for early-stage information projects, selecting suitable products.
- Participate in analyzing requirements related to the factory information system, assessing necessity and feasibility, developing, testing, and operating systems, reporting, while also evaluating system usage effectiveness.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, industrial engineering, management science and engineering, project management, or related fields;
- Understanding of process restructuring, production operation management; proficient in operating SAP, MES, WMS, Industrial Internet (IIoT), and related systems;
- High sense of responsibility in work, good learning ability, ability to work independently, planning, good communication and coordination skills, organizational skills, logical thinking, teamwork spirit, and strong execution ability;
- Proficient in Vietnamese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing); candidates with English proficiency are preferred;
