1. Job Description
  • Plan and implement training (including budget control): develop annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans based on production schedules and employee skill levels; organize and carry out training activities to ensure they are on schedule and of high quality.
  • Organize and conduct orientation training for new employees, training for critical processes, and training and assessment for certification according to the standards of the business department; prepare reports and related records to be sent regularly to headquarters.
  • Manage the evaluation and certification of skills: organize skill certification assessments for employees, including internal skill certification for level 7.
  • Manage training and development for team leaders: organize preparatory training programs for team leaders, manage recruitment and interviews for team leaders.
  • Organize and promote the development of training courses within the factory.
  • Promote training and certification for engineering positions according to the standards of the business department.
  • Manage a diverse career development system: conduct evaluations and appointments for various career development levels according to the requirements and plans of the business department.
2. Job Requirements
  • Language: English proficiency at B2 level or higher, or good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and Vietnamese, with the ability to fluently use English/Vietnamese and Mandarin for daily communication and teaching; candidates who can use Chinese, English, and Vietnamese simultaneously are preferred.
  • Work experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in training; experience in training within the manufacturing industry or multinational companies is preferred; knowledge of labor laws and local culture in Vietnam is an advantage.
  • Professional skills: Strong knowledge of training, familiar with building training systems, designing courses, and evaluating training effectiveness; proficient in office software (especially Excel) and training support tools.
