Material Planning Staff
SeniorJob Responsibilities:
1, Based on the production plan, be responsible for developing material plans and coordinating the delivery and receipt of raw materials, ensuring on-time and sufficient supply to the factory, and handling the return/replacement procedures for non-conforming goods;
2, Collect and consolidate data related to production delays caused by on-site material issues, report via email to relevant business departments, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth production;
3, Control the inventory of the assigned material group;
4, Handle material change notifications, create documentation, and hand over to relevant parties;
5, Participate in coordinating the receipt of materials for new blade projects in the factory;
6, Prevent and handle backlog materials in the assigned material group;
7, Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1, College degree or above;
2, Majors such as Management, Financial Management, Economic Management, International Trade, etc.;
3, Over 2 years of work experience in manufacturing enterprises, with at least 1 year in warehouse management or purchasing;
4, Vietnamese candidates must be proficient in Chinese or English, with priority given to those with experience in Chinese enterprises; Chinese candidates must be proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with priority given to those with experience working in Vietnam;
5, Good communication, coordination skills, and teamwork spirit, able to effectively cooperate and manage cross-departmental relationships;
6, Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, able to work under pressure and maintain a positive, optimistic attitude.
