Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1, Responsible for confirming and optimizing product BOM and process route information at the Vietnam plant site;

2, Responsible for checking the consistency between documents and actual production, conducting process discipline inspections, urging and assisting workshops to formulate and implement corrective measures;

3, Responsible for optimizing and improving product manufacturing processes, and promptly addressing technical bottlenecks and process issues arising during production;

4, Responsible for process confirmation of changes related to process, design, materials, equipment, and tooling for products in the project group;

5, Responsible for providing nonconforming product handling plans and blade assembly solutions for the project group.

Job Requirements:

1, Bachelor’s degree or above in regular full-time education;

2, Preferred majors in science and engineering, such as Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, etc.;

3, Vietnamese candidates must be fluent in Chinese, with preference for those with work experience in Chinese enterprises; Chinese candidates must be proficient in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with preference for those with work experience in Vietnam;

4, Experience in the wind turbine blade industry or related composite material industries is preferred.
