Project Manager

Job Description:

Project Implementation Management:

Responsible for the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including progress tracking, quality control, cost management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.

Personnel and Resource Coordination:

Coordinate effectively among internal systems (OMS/WMS/TMS), operations, other departments, as well as suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Communication & Customer Relationship Management:

Act as the primary contact with customers, provide regular project progress reports, respond promptly to changing requirements, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Project Handover & Acceptance:

Organize handover, ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and customer expectations, and complete successful acceptance.

Project Review & Knowledge Sharing:

After project completion, collect documentation, analyze strengths and weaknesses, contribute to the company’s knowledge base, and share insights within the team.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
Educational background in Computer Science or Supply Chain is preferred.
Understanding of the logistics industry and relevant experience. Candidates with knowledge of supply chain systems (OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS) are preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in product, implementation, or project management; must have led or been deeply involved in at least 2 medium/large-scale projects. PMP or Senior Project Management certification is a plus.
Others: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, ability to work effectively under pressure.
