Job Description:
- Project Implementation Management:
Responsible for the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, including progress tracking, quality control, cost management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- Personnel and Resource Coordination:
Coordinate effectively among internal systems (OMS/WMS/TMS), operations, other departments, as well as suppliers and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communication & Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary contact with customers, provide regular project progress reports, respond promptly to changing requirements, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Project Handover & Acceptance:
Organize handover, ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and customer expectations, and complete successful acceptance.
- Project Review & Knowledge Sharing:
After project completion, collect documentation, analyze strengths and weaknesses, contribute to the company’s knowledge base, and share insights within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
- Educational background in Computer Science or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Understanding of the logistics industry and relevant experience. Candidates with knowledge of supply chain systems (OMS, TMS, WMS, BMS) are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in product, implementation, or project management; must have led or been deeply involved in at least 2 medium/large-scale projects. PMP or Senior Project Management certification is a plus.
- Others: High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit, ability to work effectively under pressure.
