Purchasing Manager
LeadJob Responsibilities
1, Conduct market surveys for the localization of main and auxiliary raw materials, actively explore new suppliers, make reasonable selections, and strengthen cooperation with suppliers to ensure supply capacity meets the business unit’s development needs.
2, Participate in the quality assessment of new suppliers; assist in conducting annual quality system evaluations and supplier performance assessments.
3, Strengthen the supply capacity building of suppliers to ensure high-quality and efficient material supply activities.
4, Be responsible for sourcing, developing suppliers, approving incoming materials, and participating in handling quality abnormalities related to raw materials under responsibility; organize bidding and evaluate material bids.
5, Be responsible for material pricing, contract signing, and uploading contracts to the sharing system.
6, Implement tasks related to cost reduction of materials.
7, Be responsible for personnel management, training, guidance, evaluation, and attendance tracking for staff in the department.
Job Requirements
1, Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in procurement.
2, Professional Skills: Proficient in office software, knowledgeable about wind power products; well-versed in procurement management theories and tools, and able to apply them in practical work.
3, Good communication skills, strong execution ability, and results-oriented mindset.
4, Proficient in operating and applying the company’s procurement management software to work.
5, Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese/English.
