Quality Control Worker

1. Job Description

Responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the quality control system throughout the entire production process of the fan blades, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and special requirements from customers;
Supervise the quality inspection work at each stage of the fan blade production process (such as raw material intake, shaping, machining, coating, assembly…), ensuring strict adherence to technical procedures; analyze, monitor, and promote the resolution of abnormal issues in production (such as defects, deviations) to reduce the error rate;
Organize and carry out inspections of dimensions, appearance, and performance of the fan blades, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement data; use statistical tools to analyze quality data, propose improvement measures, and promote implementation.

2. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related fields.
Experience: Over 3 years of experience working in quality management in manufacturing enterprises; candidates with experience in the fan industry, composite materials, automotive, or aerospace are preferred.
Skills: Proficient in quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA…); good use of testing equipment and CAD/CAE software.
Qualities: High sense of responsibility, problem analysis ability, and effective communication between departments.
Vietnamese candidates are required to communicate fluently in Chinese or English, with a preference for those with experience working in Chinese enterprises; Chinese candidates are required to speak, listen, read, and write Vietnamese fluently, with a preference for those with experience working in Vietnam.
