Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1, Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the quality control system for the entire wind turbine blade production process, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and special customer requirements;

2, Supervise quality inspections at each stage of the blade production process (including raw material warehousing, molding, machining, coating, assembly, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to technical processes; analyze, track, and drive the resolution of production anomalies (such as defects or deviations) to reduce defect rates;

3, Organize and carry out inspections on blade dimensions, appearance, and performance, ensuring measurement data accuracy and reliability; use statistical tools to analyze quality data, propose improvement measures, and drive implementation.

Job Requirements

1, Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Material Science and Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related fields;

2, Experience: Over 3 years of experience in quality management in manufacturing enterprises; candidates with experience in wind turbine blades, composite materials, automotive, or aerospace industries are preferred;

3, Skills: Proficient in quality management tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc.); skilled in using inspection equipment and CAD/CAE software;

4, Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, strong problem analysis skills, and effective cross-department communication;

5, Vietnamese candidates must be fluent in Chinese, preferably with experience in Chinese enterprises; Chinese candidates must be proficient in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and preferably have working experience in Vietnam.
