Quality System Supervisor

1. Job Description

Responsible for building, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system of the factory (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100…), ensuring compliance with industry standards (such as GL certification for wind power, IEC 61400) and customer requirements; leading internal audits, management reviews, and preparing for external assessments; monitoring and addressing non-conformities; promoting continuous improvement of the system.
Developing and optimizing quality management regulations and documents (such as quality manuals, procedural documents, recording forms), ensuring close coordination with production, engineering, supply chain departments…; monitoring updates on laws and standards to ensure factory operations are always compliant.
Leading the quality management system team, assigning tasks such as internal audits, document control, data analysis; enhancing the professional capabilities of the team; organizing quality awareness training for all employees, promoting a quality culture throughout the factory.
Participating in the assessment of suppliers’ quality capabilities, promoting improvements in their quality systems; coordinating responses to customer and third-party assessments (such as DNV, TÜV), ensuring successful evaluations and completion of corrective actions.
Analyzing operational data of the quality system (such as internal audit results, error modes in processes…), identifying systemic risks; promoting preventive measures; coordinating with production and engineering departments to optimize processes and reduce quality costs.

2. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field related to quality management, materials engineering, mechanical manufacturing, etc.
Over 3 years of experience in quality management systems in the manufacturing industry; candidates with experience in the wind turbine, aerospace, or automotive sectors are preferred.
Skills: Proficient in standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949; familiar with tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA; proficient in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, etc.).
Excellent document drafting skills and inter-departmental coordination.
Qualities: Clear logical thinking, risk awareness, and leadership ability.
Vietnamese candidates are required to communicate fluently in Chinese or English, with a preference for experience working in Chinese enterprises; Chinese candidates are required to speak, read, and write Vietnamese fluently, with a preference for experience working in Vietnam.
