Organize and execute the company’s recruitment activities.

Proactively approach and develop potential candidate sources within the local area.
Headhunting and Sourcing:

Build and maintain a local candidate database.

Coordinate with suitable recruitment channels such as referrals, community networks, and vocational training institutions.

Monitor local labor market conditions and candidate availability.
Team & Professional Development

Assign and supervise the activities of Recruiters and Recruitment Collaborators (CTVs).

Coach and mentor team members.
-
Support the resolution of issues arising during the recruitment process.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Report on recruitment progress and candidate source quality.

Propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness and retention rates

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience in mass recruitment or hiring blue-collar/general workers.
-
Good understanding of the local labor market is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in English

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or have long-term working experience in Ninh Thuận.
