1. Job Description
  • Organize market surveys for assigned customers, research competitors, review market research reports, provide timely feedback on market development progress and marketing activities, propose market expansion plans, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Timely collect relevant technology information both domestically and internationally, propose directions for technical research and project development.
  • Responsible for obtaining price approval, preparing quotes to send to external customers.
  • Responsible for applying for bidding registration for assigned customers, preparing bidding documents, and receiving notifications of winning bids.
  • Prepare a table to approve discrepancies in contracts with assigned customers, organize evaluations, and communicate with customers.
  • Send and monitor the contract approval process in the system, sign contracts with customers, and store contract records.
  • Prepare a contract execution table with assigned customers, organize reconciliations with customers, and address any discrepancies (if any).
  • Plan the monthly order demand for customers, present it to management for approval, and monitor the implementation progress.
  • Plan monthly delivery schedules for customers, and track delivery progress according to the plan.
  • Receive delivery requests from assigned customers, create delivery notifications, and forward them to the factory, monitoring delivery progress.
  • Send timely invoice requests, check invoice information, maintain an invoice tracking log, and a receipt log for invoices.
  • Plan monthly debt recovery for assigned customers, confirm due amounts, and organize debt recovery.
  • Responsible for periodically organizing high-level customer engagement activities, welcoming, visiting, technical exchanges, and other networking activities.
2. Job Requirements
  • English proficiency at level 4 or higher, or good bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, able to use English fluently in daily communication; knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage.
  • Work experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Professional skills: Knowledge of financial management, quality management, and legal regulations; understanding of the wind power product field; a certain awareness of enterprise quality management processes and models; familiarity with quality management system standards; understanding of project management.
  • Good communication skills, high work execution ability, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in operating and applying the company’s marketing management software in work.
