1. Job Description
Headhunting and Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates via professional networks, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referral channel.
Candidate Management
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they align with role requirements and company values
Team & Professional Development
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment processes, candidate databases, and evaluation frameworks for senior-level roles.
  • Share market and industry insights within assigned sectors.
Employer Branding
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s positioning in the talent market.
2. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong in-depth interviewing skills with solid capabilities in candidate assessment and career advisory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship–building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, perform under KPI-driven environments, and demonstrate a strong service-oriented and consultative mindset.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
