Staffing Operation Lead

1. Job Description
  • Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

  • Monitor and control the implementation of labor contracts, personnel records, and related administrative procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate the handling of employee complaints, disputes, and legal issues arising during operations.

  • Monitor workforce changes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and continuous staffing operations.

2. Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or staffing/outsourcing.

  • Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and related regulations.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing and controlling labor law compliance, including labor contracts, social insurance, timekeeping, and payroll.

  • Experience in handling labor legal matters, such as employee complaints, labor disputes, and working with relevant authorities.

  • Experience coordinating with Finance/Accounting, Operations, and Clients within a staffing model.

  • Experience working with a large workforce is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.
