Staffing Operation Lead
Lead-
Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

Monitor and control the implementation of labor contracts, personnel records, and related administrative procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.

Coordinate the handling of employee complaints, disputes, and legal issues arising during operations.

Monitor workforce changes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and continuous staffing operations.

At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or staffing/outsourcing.

Good knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and related regulations.

Hands-on experience in implementing and controlling labor law compliance, including labor contracts, social insurance, timekeeping, and payroll.

Experience in handling labor legal matters, such as employee complaints, labor disputes, and working with relevant authorities.

Experience coordinating with Finance/Accounting, Operations, and Clients within a staffing model.

Experience working with a large workforce is an advantage.

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage.

Working time: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week, flexible working hours from 8–9 AM; 1 remote working day/month; flexible late arrival/early leave allowance: 180 minutes/month for female employees, 90 minutes/month for male employees.
