Warehouse Supervisor

1, Responsible for establishing and improving the warehouse management process and implementation guidelines, as well as maintaining warehouse infrastructure and equipment.

2, Define responsibilities and tasks for warehouse staff; guide material keepers to ensure goods are neatly arranged, clearly labeled, and that inventory records, cards, and physical stock are consistent.

3, Coordinate with the finance department to conduct inventory checks, provide accurate data reports, and analyze discrepancies.

4, Arrange the production of prefabricated parts.

5, Organize material picking and return management. 

6, Supervise 5S management at the warehouse, pre-cutting, and material preparation areas.

7, Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.   

1, Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university. 

2, Majors in Production Management, Operations Management, Business Management, or Financial Management are preferred.

3, At least 4 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management roles within medium or large-scale manufacturing companies, and at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics-related positions.

4, For Vietnamese nationals: fluent in Chinese or English; prior experience in Chinese enterprises is preferred. For Chinese nationals: fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); candidates with local work experience in Vietnam are preferred. 

5, Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset; capable of effectively managing inter-departmental collaboration.

6, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations.

7, Excellent planning and organizational abilities; capable of developing and implementing production and material procurement plans.

8, High sense of responsibility and professionalism; able to handle work pressure and maintain a positive, proactive attitude.
