1. Job Description
- Organize plans and participate in surveys, information gathering, and customer requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis, business modeling, create business process flow diagrams, and develop mock-ups/prototypes to propose functionalities for the system.
- Create specification documents, design Use-cases, Activity Diagrams, prepare Use-case estimations (UCP estimation), develop detailed outlines and estimates, feasibility study reports, preliminary designs, construction designs, and total estimates.
- Present IT solutions and consult with customers to design the best and most suitable system.
- Transfer the results of business analysis and functional design to the project implementation team.
- Participate in testing and supervising the results of software development, ensuring that the system is built according to the initial ideas agreed upon with the customer.
2. Job Requirement
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a BA.
- Experience in system modeling through: Activity diagrams, Data flow diagrams, State Machine Diagrams, Use case diagrams.
- Proficient in design and documentation tools such as: Visio, Enterprise Architect, Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office.
- Experience in writing customer requirement specification documents such as: Use stories, URD (user requirement document), SRS (software requirement specification) documents.
- Experience as a BA for IT projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing and analyzing business processes for large projects (government sector).
