Core T24 Services Operator

The Core T24 Services Operator is responsible for operating, supporting, and ensuring the stability of the Temenos T24 Core Banking system, working closely with banking business and technical teams to ensure system availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support the Core Banking T24 system in a banking environment.

• Configure, manage, and support T24 development and configuration tools, including: Version, Enquiry, Template File, Deal Slip, Report, Service.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.

• Support deployment and operations of T24 on Cloud / Container platforms such as OpenShift or equivalent.

• Perform and monitor Application Backup & Restore, ensuring compliance with Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and banking business teams during system operations and upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with IT operation procedures, security standards, and banking regulations.

• 3–5 years of experience working with Core Banking T24 or equivalent banking systems.

• Experience with Cloud environments and OpenShift or other container platforms.

• Hands-on experience with T24 development/configuration tools: Version, Enquiry, Template File, Deal Slip, Report, and Service.

• Solid understanding of Application Backup, Restore, and Disaster Recovery (DR).

• Knowledge of banking IT operations and processes is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
