Solution Architect (RnD)

• Design and define end-to-end solution architectures for banking and financial systems.

• Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Lead and contribute to R&D initiatives, recommending emerging technologies, platforms, and architectural models aligned with the bank’s digital strategy.

• Design and evaluate cloud-native, microservices-based, API-first architectures with high availability and resilience for mission-critical systems.

• Support Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment and operations.

• Ensure solutions comply with banking IT governance, security policies, and infrastructure control standards.

• Produce architecture documentation including system diagrams, design documents, and enterprise architecture models (UML, ArchiMate).

• Act as a senior technical advisor for leadership and strategic initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in backend programming languages: Java, Go, Python.

• Solid knowledge of frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.

• Strong practical experience in: Cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, Building highly available, mission-critical systems

Architecture & Process

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including business, data, network, and security architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of software development and product management processes.

• Solid experience with SDLC models: Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, DevOps.

• Ability to effectively support and guide Agile teams.

IT Governance & Standards

• Familiar with IT governance frameworks, ITSM, and ITIL.

• Experience with modeling languages such as UML and ArchiMate.

• Understanding of information principles, financial modeling, and infrastructure control standards.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese and English.
