1. Job Description
- Responsible for developing the annual manpower demand plan for the factory in Vietnam, while supervising and evaluating the compliance and performance of labor service providers.
- Search for and select labor service providers, and support the company in managing these providers.
- Responsible for recruitment and workforce allocation for the factory in Vietnam.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of labor service providers at the Vietnam factory.
- Guide and supervise labor service providers in employee care, evaluation, and probationary employee management.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a regular university program.
- Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment management.
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Vietnamese and Chinese/English; candidates with strong English proficiency are preferred.
- Candidates with recruitment experience in manufacturing companies are preferred.
